- Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be initiated within 48 Hours from the date of delivery.
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Refund Policy
Refunds are processed under the following terms:
Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or issued as store credit, based on your preference.
Processing Time: Refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after approval.
Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping fees and customization fees are non-refundable.

- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof. Our team will review the issue and arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
- Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed for production.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
